Tomás Bunster Bustamante holds a Civil Engineering degree and a Master of Science in Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Between 2022 and 2025, he worked as an Associate at Quiroz y Asociados, where he specialized in regulatory analysis, project evaluation, and pricing.

Previously, he served as an advisor in the Office of the Minister of Public Works (2019–2022) and as a research assistant in the Department of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2018–2019).
